Wyboston Lodge

Wyboston Lodge is in the grounds of Cranwell Court and offers specialist support for 4 adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. The support at Wyboston Lodge is designed to enhance people’s daily living skills and increase their levels of independence. Staff help individuals plan for their future and develop their goals and aspirations through tailor made support. There is a strong emphasis on community integration and to enable people meet their aims and objectives.

Spectrum Star

The people we support work through the Spectrum Star with a keyworker identifying areas of ability and difficulties. The Therapeutic team and the individual then use the Star to develop a person-centred support plan that meets their needs. The Star is reviewed every 6 months (recommended) to see how the person is progressing in the 9 key areas.

Clinical

Our service is led by an experienced and a diverse group of clinicians, therapists, support workers and manager, who all work holistically together to provide person centred care. Specialist clinical support underpins this service, offering individuals a consistent approach, encouraging people to maximise their potential in an environment that accommodates their needs.

Support

Our dedicated, well established and experienced staff go above and beyond to support people to reach their full potential. Our staff aim to help people understand their Autism better, develop coping strategies to overcome their anxieties and help them develop independent living skills and social awareness skills so they can live successfully in the community.

Location

Wyboston Lodge is located in the village of Wyboston in Bedfordshire, a quiet rural setting, which offers lots of space for countryside walks but also in easy access of the market town St Neots in a 5 minute car journey or a 45 minute walk. The service is situated on the main X5 bus route and everyone can access all community activities/amenities in the local town and nearby cities such as Cambridge and Milton Keynes.
