Cae Deri

 About Us

Cae Deri specialises in supporting 14 adults with Mental Health needs, potentially accompanied by a Learning Disability or a dual diagnosis. Our tailored care is designed for individuals with diverse abilities and complex needs. At Cae Deri, our primary focus is on empowering each person to cultivate self-confidence and pursue activities important to them. Through our support, individuals are encouraged to achieve personal milestones, fostering a sense of fulfillment and enabling them to lead happier lives.

Our Approach

We are committed to ensuring that individuals receive the appropriate level of care and support tailored to their needs. We utilise the Recovery Model, along with 1:1 key worker support, to monitor individuals’ progress. All our assessments are reviewed every four weeks, encouraging the person we support to be involved in their care plan. We work with individuals through self-development, empowering them to learn new skills and set goals to work towards while in our care. Our primary focus is to empower individuals, granting them greater independence and control over their lives. We encourage individuals to believe that the positive atmosphere within our home will enhance their quality of life and support them in reaching their full
potential.

Reviews

“My decision to select this care home for my mother was made by reading inspection reports online and having telephone conversations with the Service Manager. I have received regular updates on Mum’s condition. Mum always looks clean, happy and has gained weight, which she needed to do. Staff are caring, and Mum appears to have settled in well.” – Review from family member of person supported at Cae Deri

“It’s a secure property with helpful and friendly staff. Everything is well maintained and always clean and tidy. Residents are well provided for and allowed to live as independently as their needs allow.” – Review from independent Mental Capacity Advocate
