Our specialist mental health service provides tailored support for four men, empowering them to build on their strengths and develop the tools they need to manage their mental health and thrive in everyday life. We understand that everyone’s journey is different, so we deliver flexible, person-centred support, no matter how complex the need.

Bayview Lodge supports up to seven individuals with learning disabilities and/ or autism, using the Active Support Model to understand and address underlying needs. Our person-centred approach prioritises proactive solutions, assigning keyworkers to foster trust and growth. We collaborate with external stakeholders and promote community integration. Our goals include creating a supportive, homely environment and empowering individuals to shape their care and encourage independence.

Our Support

At Bayview Lodge, we embrace the Active Support Model as our foundational model, understanding that challenging behaviours serve vital functions. Our person-centred, proactive approach focuses on addressing underlying needs rather than merely reacting to behaviours. Positive Behavioural Support plans are collaboratively developed with individuals, families, and professionals, guided by values of inclusion, choice, and opportunity.

Our care provision aims to create a supportive, homely environment where the people we support feel comfortable and secure. We are committed to a person centred approach, empowering individuals to take ownership of their care, promoting independence and self-efficacy. 

Keyworkers are assigned based on individual needs, fostering trust and facilitating growth through personalised support. We maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive, multi-agency approach to support.

Community integration is encouraged, with support for establishing social and vocational networks. We foster a full and active life, supporting personal development and independence within a safe and supportive environment. 
Opportunities for education and adventure are provided, empowering the people
we support to pursue their goals and passions.

Bethany Lodge is a warm, inclusive residential service supporting up to seven people with learning disabilities, autism, and Asperger’s Syndrome. We take a holistic and consistent approach, empowering each individual to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. From achieving personal goals to being active members of the local community, we support people to realise their ambitions — big or small.

We believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive and enjoy life. That’s why we encourage the people we support to explore new opportunities, discover new hobbies, and get involved in activities that bring joy and purpose. Whether it’s trying something new or simply having fun, we’re here to help each person live life on their terms.

Birchwood House is a specialist service providing support to people living with mental health conditions, such as personality disorder, bipolar disorder, an anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, depression, mood affective disorder, self-harm behaviour, substance misuse backgrounds, etc.

At Birchwood House we are committed to support eight people with Mental Health needs by providing professional and personalised care to meet the unique needs of each person we support.

We have mutual respect between staff and people being supported and value each person’s individual recovery journey

Blackwells is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The residential home supports up to seven adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person’s specific needs. We focus on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.

Welcome to Boston House, a specialist rehabilitation residential service providing support for people with complex needs following a brain injury. Our highly trained support team understands that no two people, and no two brain injuries, are the same. Therefore, we offer a personalised rehabilitation support plan to meet the
specific needs and goals of the individuals we support. This includes a tailored rehabilitation service consisting of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation. We are focused on the strengths, interests, and dreams of each person we support.

Branston Road is our brand-new 6-bed residential service in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, designed to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for the people we support. Each bedroom is en-suite, offering privacy and comfort, while the service also benefits from spacious communal areas and beautiful landscaped gardens, perfect for socialising, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors.

The service is located close to local shops, cafés, and community facilities in Burton, with great transport links to Staffordshire and Derbyshire, making it easy for the people we support to stay connected with family, friends, and wider community activities.

At Branston Road, we are proud of our dedicated and highly trained staff team, who deliver personalised support based on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles. Our approach focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives.

The service also offers access to specialist clinical support, including assessment and transitional support, to ensure people have the right foundations as they move through their care journey.

We place a strong emphasis on staff training and development, meaning our team are skilled, confident, and motivated to provide the highest quality of care and support.

Branston Road brings together the very best of Accomplish – a welcoming home environment, expert support, and a commitment to helping people thrive, right in the heart of Staffordshire.

Located in the peaceful village of East Leake, Loughborough, 26 Brookside Avenue is a warm and welcoming residential service offering tailored support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

With a capacity for just three individuals, Brookside Avenue provides a calm, homely environment where each person is supported to live as independently as possible, while receiving the care and encouragement they need to thrive.

Our experienced and compassionate team works closely with every individual to create personalised support plans that reflect their needs, goals, and aspirations. Whether it's developing daily living skills, accessing community activities, or building confidence and self-esteem, we're here every step of the way.

This is a mixed-gender service, designed to foster inclusivity, respect, and mutual support in a safe and structured setting.

Brynawel is a spacious and supportive 7-bed residential home based in Brecon, Powys, providing tailored support for adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. Individuals we support may have diagnoses including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other associated needs. Brynawel offers a stable, nurturing environment where people can feel safe, valued, and encouraged to live fulfilling lives at their own pace.
