Keys Group publishes Annual Report highlighting another year of progress across Accomplish
Keys Group has published its latest Annual Report, reflecting a year of continued growth, development and adaptation across its services, including Accomplish, which plays a key role within the Group’s adult care division.
Across the year, Keys Group has continued to respond to the changing and increasingly complex needs of the people it supports. For Accomplish, this has meant maintaining a strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care while supporting adults to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
The report highlights how services across the Group have evolved to meet growing demand and changing expectations within adult social care. This includes continued investment in workforce development, digital systems and service quality, alongside a focus on long-term sustainability.
Quality remains a central priority, with 93% of services across Keys Group rated Good or above by regulators. This reflects the ongoing commitment of teams across Accomplish to delivering safe, effective and person-centred support.
The report also sets out continued progress in strengthening infrastructure and ways of working, including the increased use of digital care records and data systems to support better decision-making, oversight and outcomes for the people supported.
Alongside this, Keys Group has continued to invest in its workforce, recognising the vital role colleagues play in delivering high-quality care. The organisation has focused on recruitment, retention and development, helping to ensure stable and skilled teams across services.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments also feature strongly, with further work underway to reduce environmental impact and strengthen social value across the organisation.
As our CEO, David Manson mentions: “There is no doubt the systems we work within face real pressure, but every day we see the difference that dedicated people and the right support can make. That belief in improvement continues to drive everything we do.”
