At Ty Llewellyn we offer everyone a person-centred, strengths based assessment, that highlights their existing abilities and how specialist support can enhance their independent living skills. We can also provide therapeutic support for people following discharge from acute hospital admissions and who may require additional support to regain, maintain and develop their living skills within a community setting.
