With a capacity for just three individuals, Brookside Avenue provides a calm, homely environment where each person is supported to live as independently as possible, while receiving the care and encouragement they need to thrive.
Our experienced and compassionate team works closely with every individual to create personalised support plans that reflect their needs, goals, and aspirations. Whether it's developing daily living skills, accessing community activities, or building confidence and self-esteem, we're here every step of the way.
This is a mixed-gender service, designed to foster inclusivity, respect, and mutual support in a safe and structured setting.
