With a capacity for just three individuals, Brookside Avenue provides a calm, homely environment where each person is supported to live as independently as possible, while receiving the care and encouragement they need to thrive.

Our experienced and compassionate team works closely with every individual to create personalised support plans that reflect their needs, goals, and aspirations. Whether it's developing daily living skills, accessing community activities, or building confidence and self-esteem, we're here every step of the way.

This is a mixed-gender service, designed to foster inclusivity, respect, and mutual support in a safe and structured setting.

Brynawel is a spacious and supportive 7-bed residential home based in Brecon, Powys, providing tailored support for adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. Individuals we support may have diagnoses including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other associated needs. Brynawel offers a stable, nurturing environment where people can feel safe, valued, and encouraged to live fulfilling lives at their own pace.

At Bryn Irfon, we provide residential support for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, challenging needs, communication difficulties, and mental health needs. We work alongside individuals with varying levels of ability, encouraging and empowering them to live fulfilled lives. Our focus is on building confidence, celebrating achievements—big and small—and making sure every voice is heard when it comes to the choices that matter most in daily life.

Byron Lodge is a 14-bed residential service in Blackley, Manchester, specialising in support for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). We create a calm, structured, and empowering environment where people can relearn essential life skills and work towards greater independence. Our team is passionate about enabling individuals to reintegrate into their communities and live fulfilling, meaningful lives on their own terms.

Cae Deri is a specialist residential service supporting up to 14 adults with Mental Health needs, and where appropriate, individuals with Learning Disabilities or dual diagnosis. Our goal is to provide person-centred, tailored care that promotes self-confidence, emotional well-being, and a fulfilling daily life. Cae Eithin is a female-only residential service supporting three adults with complex Mental Health needs, including individuals with a dual diagnosis. We provide a highly personalised care pathway that helps people build the skills and strategies they need to move forward. Whether someone’s goal is big or small, we work alongside them to develop confidence, boost self-esteem, and make meaningful progress.
