Our dedicated Behaviour Advisors are trained in Studio Three positive behavioural support techniques. They work closely with our teams and the people we support to:
Develop and review positive behaviour support plans
Introduce proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviours
Provide guidance during times of heightened need or crisis
Undertake Brief Behavioural Assessment Tool (B-BAT) evaluations
Ensure support aligns with each individual’s goals and aspirations
