At Accomplish, we provide expert, person-centred support for individuals living with an acquired brain injury. We understand that every brain injury is unique—so we tailor our pathways to meet each person’s specific needs, goals, and aspirations. Our focus is on ability, not limitation—helping people rediscover independence, rebuild confidence, and live fulfilled, meaningful lives.
We work with individuals aged 18+ with a wide range of acquired brain injuries and associated needs, including:
Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)
Stroke and aneurysms
Alcohol-related brain injuries, including Korsakoff’s Syndrome
Brain injuries resulting from hypoxia, encephalitis, meningitis, or tumour
Physical and mobility needs, including PEG care
Conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, and dual diagnoses (mental health and/or substance use)
Cognitive and executive function challenges, including difficulties with memory, attention, and social interaction
Neuro-disabilities, including Huntington’s disease and early-onset dementia
Emotional, psychological, and forensic support needs

Every individual we support has access to personalised activity programmes, created to help them relearn essential life skills and develop new ones. Whether returning to familiar routines or exploring new interests, we help people take positive steps towards greater independence and engagement.
Our Positive Steps initiative offers structured, therapeutic workshops in a safe and supported environment. Led by our clinical team, these sessions are designed to enhance:

Confidence and decision-making abilities
The workshops are inclusive, engaging, and fun—encouraging participation while building core life skills.
