Hazeldene supports up to six people with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries. With over 25 years’ experience in providing slow stream rehabilitation for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury and complex needs, our aim is to maximise independence in a comfortable, supportive environment. We help individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Welcome to Honeybrook House, a person-centred service supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Our intimate setting accommodates up to ten people, ensuring personalised care that focuses on individual needs. With a strong emphasis on skill development and maintenance, our nurturing environment fosters growth and independence.

Howells Road is a detached bungalow providing a homely and therapeutic environment for two people. The property features an enclosed rear garden, two en-suite bedrooms—one of which includes a wet room—and a communal lounge and kitchen, recently refurbished to a high standard.

Located with easy access to the M4 motorway and Swansea city centre, Howells Road is conveniently close to local amenities. A retail shopping park is just a 10-minute drive away, and the village of Killay is within a 10-minute walk.

At Howells Road, we are committed to delivering individualised, person-centred care. Our focus is on supporting residents to develop and enhance daily living skills, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

We support up to 3 people with learning disabilities to develop coping techniques, which makes a noticeable difference to their everyday lives.

We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual’s specific needs. Through our outcomes focused approach, we support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives.

Isfryn is a residential service offering rehabilitation support for up to 8 individuals with acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. We also care for people who have experienced life-changing injuries such as stroke, blunt force trauma, Korsakoff’s syndrome, and encephalitis. We recognise that every person and brain injury is unique, and tailor our support accordingly.

Kemble House supports 15 people with Learning Disabilities and Autism to develop their skills and work towards living fulfilling, independent lives. We collaborate closely with family, friends, local authorities, and advocates to create individualised care plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and aspirations.

We encourage everyone we support to embrace their individuality and gain awareness of their disability, empowering them to overcome challenges and strive for greater achievements.

Kington House is a community-based residential home, divided into two environments we call the “House” and the “Annex.” Both areas are designed to support male adults with mental health needs, including individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, personality disorders, alcohol and substance misuse. We also have extensive experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and dual diagnoses.

Additionally, we specialise in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, providing rehabilitation with a focus on progressing towards greater independence.

Our focus is on respecting each individual’s beliefs, choices, and aspirations, promoting maximum independence within a service deeply connected to the local community. We have extensive experience working with individuals who have complex, long-term rehabilitation needs and a proven track record of helping them transition to more independent models of support. Our approach promotes wellbeing and maximises independence by enabling people to develop coping techniques for managing emotions and behaviour in a safe and supportive environment.

In June 2020, Lansdown Gardens proudly received our internal Autism Kite Mark for good Autism practice. This achievement is closely tied to our Autism strategy, which guides staff development from Autism awareness, to Autism-friendly approaches, and ultimately to Autism-intelligent practice. Our staff benefit from a dedicated tiered Autism training pathway designed to continually enhance their expertise.
