    Kington House is a community-based residential home, divided into two environments we call the “House” and the “Annex.” Both areas are designed to support male adults with mental health needs, including individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, personality disorders, alcohol and substance misuse. This achievement is closely tied to our Autism strategy, which guides staff development from Autism awareness, to Autism-friendly approaches, and ultimately to Autism-intelligent practice. Our staff benefit from a dedicated tiered Autism training pathway designed to continually enhance their expertise.
