    Howells Road is a detached bungalow providing a homely and therapeutic environment for two people. The property features an enclosed rear garden, two en-suite bedrooms—one of which includes a wet room—and a communal lounge and kitchen, recently refurbished to a high standard.

    Located with easy access to the M4 motorway and Swansea city centre, Howells Road is conveniently close to local amenities. A retail shopping park is just a 10-minute drive away, and the village of Killay is within a 10-minute walk.

    Kington House is a community-based residential home, divided into two environments we call the “House” and the “Annex.” Both areas are designed to support male adults with mental health needs, including individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, personality disorders, alcohol and substance misuse. We also have extensive experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and dual diagnoses.

    Additionally, we specialise in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, providing rehabilitation with a focus on progressing towards greater independence.

This achievement is closely tied to our Autism strategy, which guides staff development from Autism awareness, to Autism-friendly approaches, and ultimately to Autism-intelligent practice. Our staff benefit from a dedicated tiered Autism training pathway designed to continually enhance their expertise.
