Oakhill supports up to seven adults in a comfortable, home-like environment designed to encourage independence, promote recovery, and support meaningful life outcomes.

Oakley House is a warm and welcoming residential service that supports up to eight adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs. Our focus is on promoting independence in a nurturing and supportive environment, helping each individual work towards their personal goals and aspirations.

At Orchard Hill, we support people with complex needs to achieve their goals and live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Our focus is on helping each individual access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities, while building the skills and confidence to participate in their local community.

Orchard View offers specialist support for adults with a dual diagnosis of mental health needs and learning disabilities, including individuals who may present with behaviours that challenge.

We have a wealth of experience in providing tailored, compassionate care that enables people to move forward positively on their care pathway—whether transitioning from a nursing care environment, a secure setting, or simply looking for a greater level of independence.

Our service was developed in direct response to the needs of the people we support—and continues to evolve around them.

Pathway House is a specialist residential service designed to support adults with Mental Health needs, including those with a dual diagnosis of Autism or mild Learning Disabilities. We provide a safe, structured, and homely environment where individuals can build confidence, explore personal boundaries, and take positive steps towards greater independence.

Our team supports people to understand their diagnosis, manage anxieties, and reduce behaviours that challenge—helping them gain control over their future and realise their full potential.

Pen Bryn is a supportive and empowering home for up to seven individuals with complex Mental Health needs or Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to help each person live as independently as possible by building confidence, developing life skills, and supporting people to achieve their personal goals—no matter how big or small.

Welcome to Pinetrees, a specialised 6-bedded residential home, dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism and learning disabilities. Pinetrees comprises a shared lounge, kitchen, separate dining room, and sensory/activity room. We are ideally nestled in a safe, cul-de-sac area, meaning it provides a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility.

Our location allows the people we support to enjoy the beauty of nature, with nearby parks and green spaces perfect for quiet walks and outdoor activities. At the same time, we are conveniently close to local amenities, ensuring that the needs of the people we support and their families are always within easy reach. Whether it's the calm surroundings that foster a sense of safety and security, or the proximity to community resources that support an active and fulfilling lifestyle, Pinetrees offers an ideal location for your loved ones to thrive.

We also take pride in our beloved pet, George the rabbit, who adds a special touch of comfort and joy to our home and helps meet your sensory needs through animal therapy. The service offers exceptional staff continuity, providing consistency and predictability in relationships and support. We operate in an autism-friendly environment and use a trauma-informed approach to prioritise communication and person-centred regulation.

Princes Court is a male-only residential service supporting five individuals with complex Mental Health diagnoses, including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Learning Disabilities. We specialise in supporting gentlemen with a forensic background to safely transition into community living, helping to reduce risk and promote independence.

Our service is focused on developing strengths, skills, and resilience, empowering each person to create and maintain their own well-being through tailored, compassionate support.
