In June 2020, Lansdown Gardens proudly received our internal Autism Kite Mark for good Autism practice. This achievement is closely tied to our Autism strategy, which guides staff development from Autism awareness, to Autism-friendly approaches, and ultimately to Autism-intelligent practice. Our staff benefit from a dedicated tiered Autism training pathway designed to continually enhance their expertise.

At Lester Court, we support ten people with complex mental health needs. We recognise that recovery is a journey, and through our outcome-focused approach, we empower people to maintain choice and control over their own lives. We work alongside individuals to help them achieve their goals by supporting access to training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Everyone is encouraged to engage with their local community and to learn and practise new skills in a supportive environment.

Llys Afon supports two people with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We recognise that everyone is unique, so we tailor our support to suit each individual’s needs. Llys Afon provides a nurturing environment that promotes both mental and physical well-being. We support people to maintain their identity while helping them regain self-confidence and develop skills to manage their mental health and prevent relapse. With the right support, we believe individuals can achieve greater independence and have more control over their own lives.

Manor Farm supports ten adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. We work closely with family members and the people we support to provide care that fosters hope, optimism, and a truly valued lifestyle for each individual living with Autism.

Maycroft is a residential service supporting up to six individuals with Learning Disabilities, set within a warm, community-focused environment. Our mission centres on delivering person-centred support that empowers those we care for to actively participate in all aspects of their lives.
