Manor Farm supports ten adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. We work closely with family members and the people we support to provide care that fosters hope, optimism, and a truly valued lifestyle for each individual living with Autism.

Our person-centred, Autism-friendly approach encourages self-awareness and a deeper understanding of Autism. This ensures support maximises each person’s unique gifts and skills while helping to reduce challenges they may face.

Manor Lodge offers tailored support at varying levels to meet the assessed needs of each individual. Our service is specifically designed to accommodate the complex needs of people with Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs.

Welcome to Maple Leaf Lodge, a residential care home in Birmingham dedicated to supporting adult males with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Our service accommodates up to 11 individuals, providing personalised care pathways that promote independence and enhance quality of life. Our trained and compassionate staff specialise in delivering professional support tailored to the unique challenges each person faces.

Maycroft is a residential service supporting up to six individuals with Learning Disabilities, set within a warm, community-focused environment. Our mission centres on delivering person-centred support that empowers those we care for to actively participate in all aspects of their lives. Through carefully planned interventions and dedicated mentoring, we nurture the development of essential skills and promote independence.

We use the Recovery Star Model, an outcomes-based tool recognised by the Department of Health, to guide and measure progress. This framework allows us to support individuals on their recovery journey across key areas, including:

At Mond Court Apartments, we support six individuals with Mental Health needs, some of whom may also have Learning Disabilities, a dual diagnosis, or challenges related to substance misuse or behaviour.
