At Ty Llewellyn we offer everyone a person-centred, strengths based assessment, that highlights their existing abilities and how specialist support can enhance their independent living skills. We support people to retain their full potential and to make their own choices, so they live the life they want to without limitations.

We can also provide therapeutic support for people following discharge from acute hospital admissions and who may require additional support to regain, maintain and develop their living skills within a community setting.

At Ty Newydd, we place a strong emphasis on a person‑centred approach—using Active Support to nurture independent living skills, enhance quality of life, and encourage autonomy.

Warmley Court is a welcoming, three‑storey home for up to 10 adults recovering from Acquired Brain Injuries. Whether transitioning from hospital or seeking long‑term community support, we offer tailored pathways that promote independence, well‑being, and a fulfilled life.

Welcome to Westholme, a tranquil three‑storey Victorian residence in Birmingham supporting up to 13 adults with diverse needs. Here, individuals build confidence, embrace their unique identities, and pursue greater independence within a caring, inclusive community. Our dedicated team works alongside each person to turn aspirations into reality—offering access to training, volunteering, and employment, all while celebrating personal growth in a supportive sanctuary.

Registered with the Care Quality Commission in April 2020, Willow Lodge offers a modern, welcoming environment for up to 8 adults recovering from traumatic brain injury, stroke, or other neurological conditions.

Wings is a proactive, responsive service designed to help individuals build confidence and practical skills within a relaxed, safe environment.

We work alongside people to:

• Set and achieve personal goals

• Access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities

• Engage in community activities and develop everyday skills in a supportive setting

At Woburn Sands Lodge, we believe everyone deserves a life filled with purpose, choice, and joy. We value each person’s beliefs, aspirations, and unique strengths, and we support them to embrace challenges, have fun, and grow in confidence.

At Woodlands, we support up to six individuals with Autism and Mental Health needs, helping them lead fulfilling, autonomous lives. Our holistic, person‑centred approach focuses on developing practical coping techniques that bring real improvements to everyday routines. By tailoring care to each person’s goals, we promote independence, choice, and long‑term well‑being.
