At The Orchard, we provide support for six people with complex mental health needs or dual diagnoses involving mental health and challenging behaviours linked to learning disabilities. We assist individuals in developing their own strategies and skills to achieve as much independence as possible.

Our focus is on helping people work towards their personal goals — however big or small — supporting the growth of confidence and self-esteem. Recognising that every person is unique, we adapt our support to meet individual needs. With the right environment and care, we believe our service empowers people to gain greater independence and take control of their lives.

At The Red House, we provide residential care for up to six adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex or challenging needs. We also support individuals with Mental Health needs. Our home offers a fun, caring, and friendly environment where people feel safe, comfortable, and valued. We believe that every day should be filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful experiences.

We’re passionate about empowering the people we support to live life their way. Their goals, choices, and aspirations are at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated staff team brings energy, compassion, and a “can-do” attitude to overcome challenges and make things happen.

The White House is home to up to seven adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We focus on empowering each person to build their skills, gain confidence, and make progress along their individual pathway to independence. Using an active support model, we offer carefully planned and risk-managed opportunities that encourage personal growth at every stage.

Thompson Court is a small, supportive service for up to three adults with Mental Health needs. We are dedicated to helping people lead active, fulfilling lives by creating an environment that values individual beliefs, personal choices, and aspirations.

Our focus is on promoting independence, developing coping strategies, and enabling people to integrate confidently into their local community. We understand that each person’s journey is different, which is why our support is completely person-centred and outcomes-focused, ensuring everyone retains choice and control over their lives. 

Treeside is a welcoming, one-room service based in Llansamlet, Swansea, providing dedicated support for individuals with Learning Disabilities. 

Our calm, homely environment offers a safe space where individuals can feel valued, respected, and supported on their journey toward improved well-being.

At Treeside, we focus on person-centred care, working closely with individuals to understand their unique needs and empower them to thrive.

Trevelyan is a warm, supportive residential service for six individuals with Mental Health needs. We are dedicated to helping each person develop individual coping techniques that make a meaningful difference to their daily life and wellbeing.

Ty Afryn is a seven-bed residential service providing high-quality, person centred support for adults with diverse and often complex needs, including learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, and a range of mental health conditions.

The home offers a warm, inclusive, and vibrant environment, where individuals are encouraged and empowered to achieve positive outcomes and live as independently as possible. The dedicated staff team at Ty Afryn are committed to promoting dignity, choice, and well-being, supporting each person in a way that reflects their individual needs and aspirations.

To ensure the highest standards of care, staff participate in a robust and ongoing training programme. This includes both mandatory and specialised training designed to equip the team with the knowledge and skills required to meet complex care needs. Some of the personalised training modules include, Buccal Midazolam Administration, Ligature awareness, and Safe Medication Management, enabling staff to deliver care that is both safe and responsive.
