Summerhill Avenue is a brand-new residential service in Newport, Wales, providing high-quality, person-centred care and support for adults living with an acquired brain injury (ABI).

Sunnydale is a residential care home in Shropshire that supports adults with Mental Health needs. We provide personalised care pathways tailored to each person’s strengths, interests, and goals. Our home supports up to 10 adults, and we’re all about helping people build on their abilities and dreams.

Taith Cartref supports 13 adults with complex Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Our mission is to provide personalised, professional care built on respect and a deep understanding of each individual. We celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and tailor our support to meet their specific needs.

At The Chantry, we help people develop coping techniques that make a real difference in their everyday lives.

We believe in person-centred support that promotes independence and respects each individual’s unique needs. Using an outcomes-focused approach, we empower people to maintain choice and control over their own lives.

Our service provides 24-hour support in a welcoming, homely environment for up to 13 adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.

The Grove can support up to 12 people, specifically accommodating the complex needs of individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or Mental Health needs.

We aim to enable the people we support to enjoy fulfilled lives, centred around their personal needs and wishes. By providing opportunities and promoting maximised independence in all aspects of life, we empower individuals to reach their potential.
