Supporting individuals to reach their full potential through positive behaviour support.
Positive Behaviour Support’s (PBS) core aim is to promote quality of life. This is achieved through working in partnership with individuals supported, families and professionals.
PBS recognises that all behaviour happens for a reason and that behaviours of concern are no different, with PBS working to understand the communication and need behind the behaviour of concern so that these needs can be met in proactive, safer ways.
All Accomplish residential and supported living services for adults have access to support from a PBS Practitioner.
This approach promotes quality of life and wellbeing, with a strong focus on enabling people to thrive in their chosen environments.

Our Restrictive Practice Reduction Lead works alongside the PBS Practitioners and teams across Accomplish and the wider Keys Group to ensure that all support is least restrictive.
We’re proud to share that Keys Group has officially taken the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Pledge.
This commitment reflects our ongoing dedication to creating safer, more respectful, and person-centred environments for everyone we support and work alongside. By taking the pledge, we are reinforcing our values: Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Caring, whilst promoting dignity, reducing reliance on restrictive practices, and championing positive, evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to care, support and education.
At our Cheshire Supported Living service, we recently reintroduced an initiative that involves one of the people we support in the interview process for potential team members.
After 12 years in secure hospital settings, Dorothy’s transition to her own home in Liverpool marked a milestone in person-centred support.
Christina, a person supported at our Accomplish Supported Living Service has always been passionate about raising awareness of hidden disabilities.
