For over 30 years, we’ve supported people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and acquired brain injuries to live fulfilled, independent lives. All support is tailored to their needs and ambitions.
When someone you care about needs support, you want more than a service. You want to know they’ll be truly seen, heard and understood.
That belief has guided us from the beginning. Today, we support more than 1,000 people across England and Wales. Our role is to help each person live a life that’s meaningful to them, with the right support, the right environment, and people who believe in their potential.
We don’t just provide support. We build trusting, lasting relationships with the people we support and those who care about them.
Here’s what you can expect:
— Social Worker from Cheshire East“I could see straight away that this wasn’t just about care. It was about helping Sam grow into the person they wanted to be.”
Residential Homes
Our residential services offer the stability of a safe, supportive home. Each person’s support is tailored to their needs, preferences and ambitions. We create plans together, using communication tools that ensure everyone is heard and respected.

Supported Living
Our supported living services empower people to enjoy greater independence in a place they can truly call home.
We offer flexible, personalised support tailored to each individual’s needs – including overnight support where required. This can be provided in a person’s own home, within a family setting, or as part of a supported tenancy.
Our commitment is simple. We want to help make every day amazing. But what does that really mean?
It might be:
These are the moments that matter. And they are what we’re here for.
At our Cheshire Supported Living service, we recently reintroduced an initiative that involves one of the people we support in the interview process for potential team members.
After 12 years in secure hospital settings, Dorothy’s transition to her own home in Liverpool marked a milestone in person-centred support.
We live by our EPIC values. They guide everything we do.
We set high standards for ourselves and we meet them. Every member of our team is trained and supported to provide safe, expert care.
We believe in people — their potential, their goals, and their right to lead the lives they choose.
We’re honest, transparent and open — with the people we support, their families, and each other.
We act with empathy. We listen, we adapt, and we never forget the human being at the centre of it all.
Even our logo carries the voices of the people we support.
The star above the “i” in “Accomplish” was created from real recordings of people saying our name. It’s a powerful reminder that each person is the star of their own story.
We’re here to help them shine.
