We aim to enable the people we support to enjoy living a fulfilled life, based around their personal needs and wishes. We aim to empower the people we support by providing opportunities and helping them achieve maximised independence in all aspects of their life. By listening to the people we support, we believe we can find the way forward and make them happy.
The Grove is unique in providing specialist brain injury support led by a staff team fully trained in person-centred approaches. This means every individual has a bespoke programme of support and unique support pathway, including varied vocational, recreational, therapeutic and leisure activities.
