Danielle Powell
Danielle Powell is the Registered Manager and has been with the company for 12 years, having been a support worker in 3 of our 4 Newport homes, progressing to acting manager at Manor Lodge before taking on the role in October 2019. Danielle has Level 3, 4 and 5 in Health and Social care and is a hands-on manager, getting involved with the staff team and spending time with the people we support

Victoria Goodrich
Victoria Goodrich is the Registered Manager with over 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector, including 10 years as a manager. She holds the QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and has dedicated her career to supporting adults with acquired brain injury, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities. She is passionate about creating environments that empower individuals to rebuild confidence, regain independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Victoria’s leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, and she believes in leading by example and fostering a positive, supportive culture where staff can grow and deliver their best. She is passionate about the sector because every day offers an opportunity to see the tangible difference that high-quality, compassionate care can make in someone’s recovery journey and quality of life.

Lacey Stait
Registered Manager Lacey Stait has always been passionate about helping others, studying Applied Social Studies in Social Care at University and achieving a B.A in this area. She also holds QCF LEVEL 3 in Health & Social Care, Level 4 in Step Up to Management, Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Social Care and is a certificated PBM ABMU trainer, utilising this learning when developing support plans for and upskilling the staff team.
Lacey has worked in care for 11 years, starting in learning disability before working in the mental health sector. She believes that by doing our job well, we can change lives and because of this, she takes her role very seriously. As a manager, Lacey seeks to lead by example and through mutual respect with staff and the people we support.

Lauren Westgarth
Lauren Westgarth is the passionate Registered Manager with extensive experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and Autism. She holds a Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adults) qualification, and the proud recipient of three Great British Care Awards recognising excellence in leadership — Winner of Care Worker of the Year (Wales, 2021) and Highly Commended Leader of the Year (UK, 2022). Winner of Frontline Leader Award (2025).
With her leadership style rooted in inclusion, empowerment and continuous improvement, Lauren believes strongly in creating a culture where both the people we support and our team feel valued, heard and able to thrive. She is passionate about this sector, having seen first-hand how the right support can transform lives, restore independence and ignite confidence in people who may have previously felt unheard or underestimated. Every day presents an opportunity to remove barriers, celebrate uniqueness, and help individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.
Lauren is deeply committed to showcasing the incredible work taking place within our service, driving high standards of care and promoting sector excellence. Chairing our Inclusion Forum, she ensures that diverse needs, voices and identities are recognised and embedded in daily practice, and strives for greatness not only for herself, but for every colleague and every person we support.

Elin Gallivan
As Deputy Manager, Elin Gallivan is responsible for the day-to-day needs of staff and residents at Whitchurch Road. She has 8 years’ experience working in the sector, Level 3 NVQ in health and social care and is working towards Level 4. Elin started as a support worker at 18 working mostly with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, which provided her initial knowledge of residential and supported living houses, how it works, long hours, sleep-in shifts, training, learning disabilities and some mental health conditions.
She has worked for Accomplish for 4.5 years, with a variety of people and is passionate about helping them achieve their goals through person-centred care and support, tailored plans to strengthen their mental health and well-being, focussing on promoting their independence with a compassionate approach, and to live a fulfilled lives with access to community and activities. Elin’s management style is approachable and positive, ensuring residents and staff know she is always there for them.
