About

Wyboston Lodge, situated within the grounds of Cranwell Court, supports four adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Our service focuses on enhancing daily living skills and promoting independence. Through tailor-made support, we help individuals plan their futures and work towards their personal goals and aspirations, with a strong emphasis on community integration.

Spectrum Star Framework

Residents and keyworkers use the Spectrum Star tool to identify strengths and challenges across nine key areas. This guides the development of personalised support plans, reviewed every six months to track progress and adapt goals accordingly.

Clinical Support

Our experienced team of clinicians, therapists, support workers, and managers work collaboratively to deliver consistent, holistic, person-centred care. Specialist clinical input ensures the environment and support strategies are tailored to individual needs, enabling everyone to maximise their potential.

Dedicated Support Team

Our staff are passionate about helping people better understand their Autism, develop coping strategies for anxiety, and build independent living and social skills. This empowers individuals to live successfully within their communities.
