Welcome to Westholme, a tranquil three‑storey Victorian residence in Birmingham supporting up to 13 adults with diverse needs. Here, individuals build confidence, embrace their unique identities, and pursue greater independence within a caring, inclusive community. Our dedicated team works alongside each person to turn aspirations into reality—offering access to training, volunteering, and employment, all while celebrating personal growth in a supportive sanctuary.

Our Support

  • Person‑Centred Care: Every individual co‑designs their support plan—using tools such as the Recovery Star, ABI, and Autism frameworks—to ensure their voice shapes every decision.

  • Strong Partnerships: Close collaboration with FIRST and other mental health teams ensures robust clinical support when needed.

Our open‑door culture and excellent staffing ratios (7 staff per shift plus 2 wake‑nights) mean help is always at hand.

  • 13 bedrooms (7 ensuites) across three floors

  • Two kitchens, a dining room, multiple lounges, plus a quiet room

  • Medication room and cellar activity space

  • Expansive garden with a summerhouse and convertible pool table—perfect for gatherings
