About

‘Where hands lay the foundations, and lives flourish.’

Welcome to Pinetrees, a specialised 6-bedded residential home, dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism and learning disabilities. Pinetrees comprises a shared lounge, kitchen, separate dining room, and sensory/activity room. We are ideally nestled in a safe, cul-de-sac area, meaning it provides a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility.

Our location allows the people we support to enjoy the beauty of nature, with nearby parks and green spaces perfect for quiet walks and outdoor activities. At the same time, we are conveniently close to local amenities, ensuring that the needs of the people we support and their families are always within easy reach. Whether it's the calm surroundings that foster a sense of safety and security, or the proximity to community resources that support an active and fulfilling lifestyle, Pinetrees offers an ideal location for your loved ones to thrive.

We also take pride in our beloved pet, George the rabbit, who adds a special touch of comfort and joy to our home and helps meet your sensory needs through animal therapy. The service offers exceptional staff continuity, providing consistency and predictability in relationships and support. We operate in an autism-friendly environment and use a trauma-informed approach to prioritise communication and person-centred regulation.

Our Support

We support people on their recovery journey by building on their strengths, skills and resilience.

Our personalised approach helps individuals develop the tools to self-manage and stay well.

We work with people affected by conditions such as personality disorders, learning disabilities, anxiety, schizophrenia, depression, mood disorders, self-harm, and substance misuse.

Quality

We’re passionate about helping people reach their full potential. With empathy, belief, and outstanding training, we empower individuals to lead happy, fulfilled lives—on their terms. Quality is at the heart of every decision we make, ensuring choice, dignity, and purpose in everything we do.

What Sets accomplish Apart

At accomplish, outstanding support is underpinned by clinical expertise. Led by our Clinical Director, our in-house clinical team brings together Lead Nurses who specialise in physical health, mental health, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries (ABI) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Their guidance ensures that care is not only personalised but grounded in best practice.

We also have a dedicated Specialist Advisor for Safeguarding — a role central to our commitment to safety, protection and transparency. Safeguarding is not a policy; it's a culture we live every day. Together, this expert team helps ensure that every person we support receives the highest standard of care, with the right support at the right time.

Referrals/Admissions

Once a referral is received, we endeavour to screen and respond within 48 hours. If suitable to meet the needs of the service, an assessment will then be carried out in a way that works best for multi-disciplinary involvement and the individual, virtually, face-to-face and at preferred times/days.

Where applicable, a referral will be submitted to our internal clinical, PBS, restrictive practice, and other expertise roles to discuss and seek resolutions for those considered higher-risk placements. Our admissions process prioritises compatibility to ensure long-term placements and a forever home.

Costings will then be shared appropriately, including a carefully detailed, person-centred transition plan, to reflect our management team, the in-house activities co-ordinator, the inclusion and accessible information lead, and the wider internal clinical and specialist teams. As part of the transition process, we will implement a person-specific support plan, PBS (positive behaviour support) guidelines, de-sensitisation and sensory plans and build positive, pro-active relationships.

Pinetrees offers comfortable, private bedrooms, each with its own en suite for added convenience and privacy. We believe in creating a person-centred environment, and as such, each room is decorated to reflect the individual preferences and personality of its occupant, ensuring they feel truly at home. During the journey, ‘A good day’ profiles will be created, and your move will be accompanied by a personalised welcome pack.

We provide tailored support for autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities, focusing on strengths-based, person-centred care. Our approach supports people to build skills and independence, resilience and confidence, enabling them to better manage their wellbeing and daily lives through empowerment, positive risk-taking and active, intensive support. Where appropriate, we also support individuals with co-occurring mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and behaviours that challenge.

Positive Outcomes

  • In 2025, we successfully supported an individual we support into a step-up, supported living accommodation.
  • We have worked collaboratively with community teams and sought input from specialist teams to implement person-specific epilepsy and diabetes plan.
  • We celebrated a ‘winter wonderland’ with fellow homes as we created a magical space and were visited by Santa! Through 2025, 3 restrictive practices have been removed or reduced from the lives of people we support.
  • A person we support has thoroughly enjoyed experiencing their first ever holiday.
  • All people we support have received accessible information to be involved with their support plans, positive behaviour support, quality assurance surveys and mental capacity assessments to ensure their voices have been heard – to enhance this further, innovative person-centered documentation was designed for an easy-read approach.
