About

Pathway House is a specialist residential service designed to support adults with Mental Health needs, including those with a dual diagnosis of Autism or mild Learning Disabilities. We provide a safe, structured, and homely environment where individuals can build confidence, explore personal boundaries, and take positive steps towards greater independence.

Our team supports people to understand their diagnosis, manage anxieties, and reduce behaviours that challenge—helping them gain control over their future and realise their full potential.

Our Approach

At Pathway House, we see the world through each person’s eyes—taking the time to truly understand their goals, needs, and aspirations. Our staff receive specialist training to provide tailored, person-centred support that promotes emotional wellbeing, social development, and life skills.

Our approach also includes access to psychiatry and in-house therapeutic groups, such as mindfulness sessions, which support emotional regulation and overall mental health.

Support We Offer

We provide 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 support, depending on individual needs. Our support includes:

Social and recreational engagement
Vocational retraining and employment support
Financial and personal budget management
Travel training and confidence building
Skills development and re-enablement
Personal care and health support
Building and maintaining community, family, and friendship links
Support with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry

Accommodation & Environment

Pathway House accommodates up to 10 people, offering a warm and welcoming setting with:

Two open-access kitchens
A communal dining area
A laundry room to support independent living skills
A bright conservatory and large gardens for relaxation and socialising
