About

Oakley House is a warm and welcoming residential service that supports up to eight adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs. Our focus is on promoting independence in a nurturing and supportive environment, helping each individual work towards their personal goals and aspirations.

Our Support

At Oakley House, we empower each person to feel confident, valued, and in control of their own life. We provide motivational and encouraging support that helps individuals build self-esteem, explore their interests, and develop the skills they need to live more independently.

A key part of our support is community integration—we help people to actively participate in their local area and develop meaningful connections. We also support individuals who are ready to transition into supported living, offering guidance and care every step of the way.

Our Approach

We are committed to providing the highest quality of care, shaped entirely around the needs and preferences of each person we support.

Using a person-centred approach, we work closely with individuals to develop their own unique support plan—a plan that reflects who they are, what matters to them, and how they want to live now and in the future. We use a variety of communication tools to ensure that everyone is actively involved in shaping their journey.

Our team provides positive, flexible and consistent support, creating an environment where every person can thrive and achieve their full potential.
