Maple Leaf Lodge features two refurbished communal areas on the ground floor, including an open-plan kitchen and sitting room, designed for socialising and relaxation. The building is equipped with a lift for easy access to the first floor. There are two ground-floor bedrooms and eight bedrooms upstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for each individual.

Additionally, an external flat on the property houses one person independently. The lodge is surrounded by spacious front and rear gardens, offering peaceful outdoor spaces for leisure and activities. Our focus on modern, accessible living environments ensures everyone enjoys a safe and comfortable home.

Situated in a tranquil rural area just 1.8 miles from the Birmingham suburb of Hollywood, Maple Leaf Lodge combines peaceful surroundings with practical accessibility. While there are no footpaths or public transport immediately adjacent to the service, Wythall train station is only 2.4 miles away, providing direct connections to Birmingham City Centre in approximately 30 minutes.
