Our support model at Greenview is built around the Recovery Star and Spectrum Star frameworks—essential tools for assessing and monitoring progress from day one. These models help us collaborate closely with those we support, setting achievable goals and valuing their input throughout their journey.

We are committed to nurturing the potential of every individual, ensuring care plans are created from their perspective so their voices shape their support. Care plans are reviewed and updated monthly to maintain quality, responsiveness, and relevance.

Greenview offers spacious, comfortable living with a communal area that combines a lounge, dining room, and kitchen to create a warm, welcoming environment.

• Ground floor: Three flats within the main building, a laundry room, and a communal toilet

• Back garden: Two flats, a seating area with tables and benches, a dedicated smoking shelter, and a large table tennis setup for recreation

• First floor: Three flats, a sensory/quiet room, a shared bathroom, and a sleep room for staff

Each flat is generously sized and features:

• Ensuite bathroom with shower

• Washer/dryer, cooker, microwave, and fridge

• Tasteful furnishings, including a sofa and bedroom furniture, ensuring comfort and self-sufficiency

Greenview provides excellent access to transport links and local amenities:

• 20-minute walk to the nearest train station with an 11-minute journey to Birmingham New Street

• Bus services taking approximately 40 minutes to Birmingham city centre

• Nearby areas such as Chelmsley Wood and Solihull easily accessible

• Marston Green and Birmingham International train stations within a 20-minute walk

• Bus stops for routes 97 and X12 just 5 minutes away on foot

• Birmingham Airport located within a 20-minute walk, offering convenient travel options
