Glebe Road

Glebe Road follows a transitional model of support, designed to help individuals gradually step down into more independent living at a pace tailored to their needs. We use the Recovery Star Model, which supports people to develop the skills and confidence to manage their own mental health relapse strategies.

This approach has a proven track record in helping individuals move progressively towards Supported Living. It also offers commissioners greater value for money by improving step-down success rates and enabling more cost-effective placements.

Glebe Road accommodates six individuals with complex needs in flats and studio apartments. Each unit includes a kitchen/dining area and a bedroom with en-suite facilities. Communal facilities include:

• Shared laundry

• Small patio

• Car park

Situated near Nuneaton town centre, Glebe Road supports individuals to engage with a broad range of local amenities. Nearby features include:

• Ropewalk and Abbeygate shopping centres with various shops and restaurants

• Bermuda Park bowling alley and cinema, 3 miles away

Our studio apartments offer a clear progression pathway within a residential support setting, enabling self-development and personal growth regardless of complex health and social care needs.

These transitional apartments provide private spaces where staff can conduct skill development or coaching sessions. Individuals can trial independence in a supportive environment with 24-hour staffing available, facilitating the development of essential life skills.
