About
Welcome to Glanmore, a service dedicated to providing exceptional support for individuals with Mental Health needs, Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. We offer a secure and nurturing environment tailored to adults seeking rehabilitation and support in enhancing their skills and daily living. Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals to attain greater independence and foster their successful integration into the broader community.
Our Approach
At Glanmore, we prioritise a collaborative, person-centred approach. We work closely with the care teams of those we support to create robust, evolving care plans that reflect individual needs. Partnering with external professionals, we build a comprehensive circle of care and support.
We utilise the Recovery Star framework to map out the steps needed for individuals to reach their goals and increase independence. Our support includes mental health plans, positive behavioural support, and emotional care delivered by our dedicated staff and specialist external services.
Our strong affiliations with Mental Health and Learning Disability Services reinforce our commitment to integrated care. Staff receive continuous professional development through a mix of online learning and face-to-face training. They are proficient in Studio 111—a low-arousal, distraction-focused approach that avoids physical restraint.
Our team is extensively trained and encouraged to maintain high professional standards, ensuring we deliver outstanding care that empowers individuals on their journey to independence.
