At Glan Y Felin, we provide specialist support for up to seven individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or Mental Health needs. We focus on enabling the people we support to live fulfilling lives tailored to their personal needs and wishes. Regardless of the complexity of their situation, we create opportunities for people to achieve the highest level of independence possible.

Our Approach

Our dedicated team at Glan Y Felin is fully trained in person-centred care, delivering bespoke support programmes and unique support pathways for each individual. This includes a wide range of vocational, recreational, therapeutic, and leisure activities. Through personalised plans, we promote the development of life skills to help people live more independently and work towards their goals and ambitions.

Accommodation

Glan Y Felin offers en-suite rooms and studio apartments across three floors. The ground floor features a spacious communal kitchen that opens into a lounge with a pool table and television. Outside, there is off-road parking, a rear garden, and an enclosed patio space.

Situated in the semi-rural village of Pontardawe, Glan Y Felin is close to the town centre with excellent road links and public transport options, supporting easy access to the local community.
