At Evergreen, we pride ourselves on delivering dedicated, person-centred support. We maintain an optimal staff-to-person ratio, ensuring that each individual receives sufficient time and encouragement to foster independence and achieve personal goals.

Our personalised support plans reflect individual abilities and include risk management strategies designed to promote skill development while enabling safe involvement in meaningful activities without unnecessary restrictions.

We employ a therapeutic method featuring a structured follow-up guide, co-created with each person, to monitor progress effectively. Our staff complete comprehensive mandatory training alongside bespoke, service-specific training tailored to meet the unique needs of those we support, ensuring best practice in all care delivery.

Evergreen offers eight bedrooms, six with en-suite facilities, a communal lounge, and a conservatory used for dining and activities. Facilities include a downstairs bathroom with a bath chair and a separate shower.

Adjacent to the conservatory is a patio for outdoor relaxation and a smoking shelter. A tranquil garden area features a bench swing for peaceful moments. The kitchen is accessible, with lowered work surfaces accommodating those who prefer or need to sit while preparing food.

Situated in Moseley, Evergreen offers easy access to the vibrant Moseley Village, Cannon Hill Park, and transport links to the city centre, Hall Green, and Shirley. Nearby amenities include a city farm in Balsall Heath and Edgbaston Cricket Stadium. Support services such as Headway Day Centre and a work preparation centre are close by. Local attractions within walking distance include Moseley Bog, cherished by J.R.R. Tolkien, and Sarehole Mill.
