Each person we support receives an individualised support plan, built around their unique goals, preferences, and rehabilitation needs.

Church Road offers a mix of 4 self-contained flats and 4 en-suite bedrooms, including one room with a ceiling hoist and two flats with adjustable kitchen worktops—ideal for those with mobility needs.
