Chepstow House is a welcoming residential service in Ross-on-Wye, supporting up to 13 adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Needs, Physical Needs, and Sensory Impairments.

Our Approach
At Chepstow House, we take a person-centred approach—placing the needs, choices, and goals of every person at the heart of what we do. Through regular key-working sessions and 1-to-1 support, we help people overcome challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes.
We also promote Positive Behavioural Support to ensure a calm, encouraging, and respectful environment for everyone. Our ethos is rooted in growth, empowerment, and wellbeing, helping each person become the very best version of themselves.
Accommodation
Chepstow House offers 13 spacious bedrooms, including 2 en-suite rooms for extra comfort. Several wheelchair-accessible rooms are available on the ground floor, and shared bathrooms are conveniently located for others.
There are three communal lounges: a bright front-facing lounge, a larger main lounge, and a quiet upstairs retreat—giving people the choice of sociable or peaceful spaces to relax and enjoy.
Location
Situated just a 4-minute walk from the centre of Ross-on-Wye, Chepstow House enjoys easy access to local shops, cafés, and community services.
While Ross-on-Wye doesn’t have a train station, it’s just a 35-minute drive to both Hereford and Gloucester, offering excellent transport links and opportunities for days out.
