About
Cae Deri is a specialist residential service supporting up to 14 adults with Mental Health needs, and where appropriate, individuals with Learning Disabilities or dual diagnosis. Our goal is to provide person-centred, tailored care that promotes self-confidence, emotional well-being, and a fulfilling daily life. At Cae Deri, we encourage everyone to achieve their own goals—whether that’s gaining life skills, exploring hobbies, or simply feeling more in control of their lives.
Our Support Approach
We use the Recovery Model, alongside 1:1 key worker support, to ensure personalised progress. Each person is encouraged to actively participate in their support plan, which is reviewed every four weeks to reflect evolving goals and progress. Whether learning new skills, building independence, or working towards greater self-belief, we empower individuals to shape their own futures in a positive, nurturing environment.
Accommodation & Local Life
Our home offers a mix of five studio apartments and nine en-suite bedrooms, allowing us to provide flexible, step-down support as independence grows. Communal spaces offer chances to socialise, while private areas support personal space and reflection. Based in Gowerton, Swansea, Cae Deri benefits from local shops, leisure centres, and community amenities—plus quick access to the vibrant city of Swansea for wider opportunities and experiences.
