We develop tailored support plans based on each person’s goals, with regular reviews involving their Key Workers to track areas like emotional well-being, social interaction, cognition, and daily living skills. Through ongoing assessments and transparent outcomes tracking, we celebrate achievements and evolve support to meet changing needs. It’s all about helping people take confident steps forward.

Accommodation & Community Access

Byron Lodge features 14 comfortable bedrooms, including 12 with private kitchens, promoting autonomy and independent living. Communal lounges and kitchens offer space to socialise and relax. Located in a well-connected area of Manchester, the home offers easy access to local shops, public transport, restaurants, and leisure spaces. Excellent bus routes, tram links, and main roads make it simple for the people we support to stay connected to friends, family, and city life.
