At Bryn Irfon, we provide residential support for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, challenging needs, communication difficulties, and mental health needs. We work alongside individuals with varying levels of ability, encouraging and empowering them to live fulfilled lives. Our focus is on building confidence, celebrating achievements—big and small—and making sure every voice is heard when it comes to the choices that matter most in daily life.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to grow, explore, and live a meaningful life. At Bryn Irfon, individuals are supported to pursue activities they enjoy—whether that’s learning to cook, visiting local shops independently, taking on a job, or joining workshops. With one-to-one support from dedicated Key Workers, each person develops their own goals, aspirations, and lifestyle plans to help them thrive both at home and in the community.
Person-Centred & Active Support
Our care is built around person-centred planning, where individuals lead the way in designing how they want to live now and in the future. We use tools like the Active Support Model to ensure people are meaningfully involved in all aspects of their lives—from everyday routines to long-term ambitions. This structured, outcomes-focused approach supports skill-building, independence, and real progress in a nurturing, fun and supportive environment.
