About
Blackwells is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The residential home supports up to seven adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person’s specific needs. We focus on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.
Approach
Blackwells focuses on Positive Behaviour Support for individuals to ensure they receive the appropriate support. Person-Centred Planning is implemented and enables the people we support to feel independent in their care decision-making. Person-Centred Planning is regularly monitored to include any changes that can enhance the health and enjoyment of the people we support. We like to provide an atmosphere that will improve the quality of their lives and helping them to fulfil their potential.
Accommodation
Blackwells has seven large en-suite bedrooms. There are also communal areas including a kitchen, dining room, lounge and front/rear gardens.
