Taith Cartref supports 13 adults with complex Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Our mission is to provide personalised, professional care built on respect and a deep understanding of each individual. We celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and tailor our support to meet their specific needs.

At The Chantry, we help people develop coping techniques that make a real difference in their everyday lives.

We believe in person-centred support that promotes independence and respects each individual’s unique needs. Using an outcomes-focused approach, we empower people to maintain choice and control over their own lives.

Our service provides 24-hour support in a welcoming, homely environment for up to 13 adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.

The Grove can support up to 12 people, specifically accommodating the complex needs of individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or Mental Health needs.

We aim to enable the people we support to enjoy fulfilled lives, centred around their personal needs and wishes. By providing opportunities and promoting maximised independence in all aspects of life, we empower individuals to reach their potential. By truly listening to the people we support, we believe we can find the best way forward to make them happy.

The Haven provides specialist support for 14 adults with Mental Health needs, Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Health needs. We encourage and motivate each person to feel good about themselves and support them to gain confidence, pursue what matters to them, and ultimately lead happy, fulfilled lives. Everyone supported at The Haven has a voice about what matters in their lives, and our support is focused on ensuring that their voice is heard in every aspect of their care. We view active support as a key measure of how involved people are in shaping their own lives.

The Jays is a brand new, support service in Merthyr Tydfil, offering high-quality, person-centred care for adults living with complex mental health conditions.

We support individuals with varying mental health disorders, including:

· Schizophrenia, paranoia, and delusional thinking

· Personality Disorders

· Depression and anxiety disorders

Our focus is on promoting dignity, independence, and rehabilitation, all within a warm, calm, and structured environment.

At The Lighthouse, we support nine people with Mental Health needs, including those who may have a dual diagnosis. We work with people of varied abilities to help them reach their full potential by developing skills, strengths, and resilience. We empower individuals to build their own resources to self-manage and maintain wellness. Our support focuses on helping people develop coping techniques that can make a real difference in their daily lives. We recognise that everyone is unique, and no matter the complexity of their needs, we encourage, support, and motivate each person to achieve their optimum level of independence.

We work alongside individuals to help them build their futures and increase personal empowerment. We support access to training, volunteering, education, and, where possible, employment opportunities. Everyone is encouraged to engage with their local community, develop new skills, and reconnect with skills they may have lost.

The Old Posting Office is a specialist residential service designed to provide high-quality, person-centred support for adults with a range of needs. Our focus is on enabling each individual to live a fulfilling life, building confidence, independence, and meaningful connections within the community.

At The Orchard, we provide support for six people with complex mental health needs or dual diagnoses involving mental health and challenging behaviours linked to learning disabilities. We assist individuals in developing their own strategies and skills to achieve as much independence as possible.

Our focus is on helping people work towards their personal goals — however big or small — supporting the growth of confidence and self-esteem. Recognising that every person is unique, we adapt our support to meet individual needs. With the right environment and care, we believe our service empowers people to gain greater independence and take control of their lives.
