Ffordd Newydd is a residential transitional mental health service supporting six individuals in their own self-contained studio apartments. We are passionate about enabling people to make their own choices about the support they receive. Our dedicated team focuses on improving the health and wellbeing of those we support, working collaboratively to build positive outcomes.

Ganwick House supports individuals with Autism and severe Learning Disabilities by providing a warm, homely environment with individually tailored support. We encourage everyone to participate in a wide range of activities and hobbies to help build confidence and develop new skills.

At Glan Y Felin, we provide specialist support for up to seven individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or Mental Health needs. We focus on enabling the people we support to live fulfilling lives tailored to their personal needs and wishes. Regardless of the complexity of their situation, we create opportunities for people to achieve the highest level of independence possible.

Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals to attain greater independence and foster their successful integration into the broader community.

Glebe Road is a registered Mental Health service supporting up to six individuals, offering a variety of accommodation options including flats and studio apartments. The service provides 24-hour support from a skilled and experienced staff team, alongside input from clinical specialists.

Welcome to Greenview, an Accomplish service supporting up to eight individuals with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. At Greenview, we prioritise person-centred care, ensuring each individual’s unique needs are met while promoting independence. We believe in providing tailored support that empowers people to maintain control over their lives. Our outcome-driven approach is dedicated to helping individuals make choices that align with their personal journey toward well-being and fulfilment.

Grove View is a female-only service providing specialised support for nine women with complex Mental Health needs, Personality Disorders, and behaviours that can challenge, all within a comfortable, safe, and secure environment. We work closely with individuals experiencing self-harm and suicidal ideation, using Mental Health relapse prevention plans to identify early triggers and warning signs, helping to minimise risks. At Grove View, we see our role as one of empowerment, supporting women to achieve their goals by placing them at the centre of everything we do. With the right support, we believe individuals can progress along our care pathway towards independent living, equipped with the skills needed to live a healthy, fulfilling, and independent life.
