College Fields is a male-only residential service supporting 6 adults with a range of needs including Mental Health, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We primarily support gentlemen with a forensic background, helping them safely integrate into community life while managing risks.
Over the last 10 years, we have successfully rehabilitated 19 gentlemen, focusing on developing skills, strengths, and resilience to enable self-management and maintain well-being.-

We provide meaningful support and encouragement, recognising each person as an individual with unique needs. Our aim is to help people structure their time, build relationships, and find a balance between activities, self-care, work, and leisure, tailored to their personal preferences.
We empower those we support by working with them, not for them, helping people progress on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.
