At Cildewi House, we provide individualised support plans tailored to each person’s specific needs and goals. We motivate and encourage everyone to build confidence and do the things that matter most to them, with a strong focus on community integration and progression towards supported living.

College Fields is a male-only residential service supporting 6 adults with a range of needs including Mental Health, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We primarily support gentlemen with a forensic background, helping them safely integrate into community life while managing risks.
Over the last 10 years, we have successfully rehabilitated 19 gentlemen, focusing on developing skills, strengths, and resilience to enable self-management and maintain well-being.

At Conway Drive, we support people to develop coping techniques that make a real, positive difference in their daily lives.

We believe in person-centred care that promotes independence and respects each individual’s unique needs. Our outcomes-focused approach helps people maintain choice and control over their own lives.

Conway Drive provides 24-hour support in a comfortable, homely environment for up to 4 adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.

Cranwell Court supports ten adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs. We provide meaningful support and encouragement, recognising each person as an individual with unique needs. Our aim is to help people structure their time, build relationships, and find a balance between activities, self-care, work, and leisure, tailored to their personal preferences.

We empower those we support by working with them, not for them, helping people progress on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.

Dyfan Court offers individual support designed to provide people with Autism, Mental Health needs, and Learning Disabilities more choice and control over their own lives. Our person-centred approach is fundamental to the support we provide. We deliver flexible, individually adapted support that enables each person to achieve their goals and aspirations within a holistic and non-judgemental environment.

By truly listening, we get to know each individual’s likes, dislikes, and ambitions. This understanding helps us identify what success means for them, allowing us to both support and celebrate their achievements.

Eilat is a clinically led rehabilitation and longer term support service specialising in the support and treatment of adults with acquired brain injury and degenerative neurological conditions, promoting inclusion, wellbeing and choice for all.

We provide expert focused, goal directed rehabilitation and longer term care within a residential setting and where appropriate determine needs for reintegrating individuals into the community. This is achieved by a graded exposure to aid preparation, learning and practicing of strategies to support transition and to provide recommendations for independent living. We also have access to a Dorset supported living service that can offer seamless transition to a more independent care setting.

Eilat provides a goal focussed and person centred approach that ensures that the individual is involved at every stage of the process using structured individual targets.

Elm House supports adults with mid to high functioning Autism, offering person-centred support from a dedicated, specially trained staff team. We encourage independence and help each individual achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

We go above and beyond to help people reach their full potential by supporting them to better understand their Autism, develop coping strategies for anxiety, and build independent living and social awareness skills — empowering them to live successfully in the community.

Evergreen is a residential service located in the Moseley neighbourhood of South Birmingham, specialising in care for adults with complex additional support needs. Our welcoming home provides tailored support for individuals living with Mental Health needs.

At Eynesbury House, we support people with a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability. We provide a unique home-from-home environment that is both comfortable and supportive, helping individuals develop the essential life skills needed to live fulfilling, independent lives. We believe that with the right support, everyone can realise their potential and gain maximum control over their future.

Our diverse staff team brings a range of creative and innovative ideas, alongside unique skill sets, all focused on empowering the people we support. We prepare them for employment, extra-curricular activities, and education, recognising and nurturing the qualities and abilities each person possesses that can lead to future success.

We take a person-centred and Autism-friendly approach for everyone we support. Staff encourage individuals to develop self-awareness and a deeper understanding of their Autism, allowing us to build on the strengths and gifts their Autism brings while reducing challenges they may face.
