    College Fields is a male-only residential service supporting 6 adults with a range of needs including Mental Health, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We primarily support gentlemen with a forensic background, helping them safely integrate into community life while managing risks.
    Over the last 10 years, we have successfully rehabilitated 19 gentlemen, focusing on developing skills, strengths, and resilience to enable self-management and maintain well-being.

    Residential

    Eilat is a clinically led rehabilitation and longer term support service specialising in the support and treatment of adults with acquired brain injury and degenerative neurological conditions, promoting inclusion, wellbeing and choice for all.

    We provide expert focused, goal directed rehabilitation and longer term care within a residential setting and where appropriate determine needs for reintegrating individuals into the community. This is achieved by a graded exposure to aid preparation, learning and practicing of strategies to support transition and to provide recommendations for independent living. We also have access to a Dorset supported living service that can offer seamless transition to a more independent care setting.

    Eilat provides a goal focussed and person centred approach that ensures that the individual is involved at every stage of the process using structured individual targets.
