Accomplish Expands Supported Living Services in South Wales

One of the UK’s leading providers of specialist support for adults has welcomed an established supported living service into its network.

Accomplish, part of Keys Group, has expanded its Supported Living provision in South Wales following the transfer of a well-established service in Merthyr Tydfil. This development strengthens the organisation’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support for adults with a range of complex needs.

The transfer brings five additional Supported Living properties into the group, providing capacity for up to 15 placements, alongside four outreach placements. The 13 people currently supported will continue to receive high-quality care from their existing, experienced team, ensuring continuity and stability.

The services support adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health needs and physical disabilities, including individuals who require mobility support. Each property offers shared facilities and a community-focused environment, supporting people to develop life skills, increase independence and live fulfilling lives within their local communities.

Partnerships with four housing associations remain central to the delivery of these services, helping to ensure safe, stable and high-quality accommodation. More than 30 experienced colleagues have also joined Accomplish as part of the transfer, bringing with them significant expertise and local knowledge.

This development reflects Keys Group’s values, with a strong focus on promoting independence, dignity and positive outcomes. It also creates opportunities for continued growth, innovation and service development across South Wales.

The transfer follows the recent opening of The Jays, a new residential service in Merthyr Tydfil, and represents another important step in Keys Group’s continued investment in Wales. It further strengthens the organisation’s ability to provide a broad range of high-quality support options, work in partnership with local communities and housing providers, and respond to the growing demand for personalised adult support services.

Emma Beech, Chief Operating Officer at Keys Group, said:
“We are delighted to welcome these supported living services into our group. The team has created a warm, community-focused environment where people are supported to live as independently as possible, and we are committed to building on that strong foundation. This transfer further strengthens our presence in South Wales and reflects our continued investment in creating high-quality, person-centred services that truly make a difference.”
