    At The Lighthouse, we support nine people with Mental Health needs, including those who may have a dual diagnosis. We work with people of varied abilities to help them reach their full potential by developing skills, strengths, and resilience. We empower individuals to build their own resources to self-manage and maintain wellness. Our support focuses on helping people develop coping techniques that can make a real difference in their daily lives. We recognise that everyone is unique, and no matter the complexity of their needs, we encourage, support, and motivate each person to achieve their optimum level of independence.

    We work alongside individuals to help them build their futures and increase personal empowerment. We support access to training, volunteering, education, and, where possible, employment opportunities. Everyone is encouraged to engage with their local community, develop new skills, and reconnect with skills they may have lost.

    At The Orchard, we provide support for six people with complex mental health needs or dual diagnoses involving mental health and challenging behaviours linked to learning disabilities. We assist individuals in developing their own strategies and skills to achieve as much independence as possible.

    Our focus is on helping people work towards their personal goals — however big or small — supporting the growth of confidence and self-esteem. Recognising that every person is unique, we adapt our support to meet individual needs. With the right environment and care, we believe our service empowers people to gain greater independence and take control of their lives.

    Residential

    Our care home supports up to 5 individuals, providing a warm, personalised environment tailored to each person's unique needs. We are dedicated to delivering person centred care that recognises and respects each individual's strengths, goals, and life experiences. 

    We offer specialised support for adults with a range of needs, including mental health issues, acquired brain injuries, mobility challenges, diabetes management, and alcohol and substance misuse. Our team is trained to implement trauma-informed practices, ensuring that every person feels safe, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.
