    Clinical Team

    For over 30 years, we have specialised in supporting more than 1,000 people with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries.

    Meet The Team

    Diane Palmer

    Associate Clinical Director

    Diane is a highly accomplished and multi-qualified clinician, bringing over 30 years of experience to her role at Accomplish Group. As a qualified Nurse, Social Worker, Advanced Psychotherapist and CBT Therapist, she plays a key role in shaping the clinical direction of our services. Diane’s expertise in complex mental health, learning disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions helps ensure that the people we support receive tailored, person-centred care.

    Her work across specialist services in both the UK and US—supporting individuals with ADHD, ASD, and learning disabilities—adds significant depth to Accomplish’s clinical framework.

    Tammy Murer

    National Lead Nurse - Physical Health

    Tammy is a Registered Nurse and began her nursing career in 1985. She joined Keys group in January 2025. Has experience in various health settings across hospitals and community within the UK and US healthcare systems. Clinical roles included Community Matron, Community Nurse Specialist in Heart Failure leading the development of the nurse-led service, Acute Hospital RN, Case Management and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.


    Tanya Hudson-Gotobed

    Deputy Lead National Nurse for Physical Health

    With over 19 years of nursing experience, Tanya Hudson-Gotobed has worked across a wide range of specialties including Ophthalmology and ENT in ward, theatre, emergency triage, and outpatient settings. She has also managed private nursing homes specialising in dementia, mental health, and palliative and end-of-life care. In addition, she has held senior roles in service leadership, clinical governance, education, and quality management across 11 counties in England. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and practicing yoga.


    John Evans

    National Specialist Advisor for Safeguarding

    John is a registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) and has been the Safeguarding Manager for Accomplish since 2022, He is the chair of the Complex Case Panels (CCP), & High-Risk Enablement Panels (HREP). John has extensive experience in safeguarding adults, & delivers Level 3 Safeguarding training to Managers, he has experience as a Manager & in Quality across MH ABI, LD, ASD, & CHAMHS. John has worked in Health & Social care since 2004

    Kim Otter

    National Lead Nurse for Mental Health

    Kim is a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMH) and has worked in Health and Social Care since 2004. She has experience in clinical practice, quality assurance and improvement across hospitals, residential and supported living settings supporting people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

    Kim has experience in safeguarding, patient safety and nurse leader ship and is dedicated to providing the best possible care for the people we support.

    Maggie Rose

    Clinical Support Nurse

    Maggie has a qualification as a registered mental health nurse.

    Maggie has extensive experience as a qualified nurse within NHS acute admission services and challenging behaviour units linked to NHS discharge programmes.

    In 2008 Maggie applied to work within the clinical services of this company. She has since gained 17 years’ experience of working with MH ABI TBI LD Autism. This has included leading health battles in support of people in our services. Maggie has a particular interest in Brain injury Epilepsy.

    Periodically Maggie supports Learning and development courses and at this time is a regular trainer for Schizophrenia & Psychosis, Ligature removal theory and practical, and Korsakoff’s syndrome.

    Adam Vincent

    Clinical Support Nurse

    Adam is a Clinical Support Nurse with Accomplish who has held various roles since starting with Tracs in 1996. He has a BA (Hons) Humanities and Diploma in Professional Nursing Studies and is a registered LD Nurse.

     

    He has been a Home Manager, Studio 3 Trainer and Assessor for the organisation. He currently supports with various clinical issues relating to the people we support’s physical and mental health, giving input to HREPs, CCPs, MDTs, risk assessments, best interest decisions and liaison with external agencies.

    Dr. Josh Hodgson

    National Lead Nurse (Learning Disabilities and Autism)

    Josh is a Registered Nurse (Learning Disabilities) qualifying in 2011 and is an independent nurse sector by trade, being a strong advocate for social care. He has worked with people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems across residential and community settings, alongside having expertise in the Mental Health Act, rehabilitation, end of life, long-term health conditions, medical assessment and management. He has a background in higher education, teaching and research along with qualifications in psychology, learning & teaching, and research. Josh is passionate about lived experience, co-production, rights-based approaches and person-centred care along with peer support work.
